Sluggish and unproductive lifestyle while working from home during Covid-19 April 2020 – Yes, I have to admit the after my wedding in October last year till April this year I was very out of shape unmotivated and downright sluggish. I got the case of post-wedding fatigue, 2018 & 2019 was filled with endless arrangements and decision, coordination crafts and meeting. My reward was a wedding that went smoothly without a hitch, the price I paid a toll on my mental wellbeing. I was exhausted and not raring to go I was functioning but like a snappy zombie.
Leslie Sansone Walk @ home program on youtube – I started out by taking baby steps and following her weekly routine Mondays to Fridays, about a week later my stamina has improved and now I walk 3 miles daily. Sometimes I even have the urge to add in another exercise in the late evening. Results from doing the walk @ home exercise routine – It has only been two weeks since I started the program not much difference in the weight department but I have a much toner body. I am determined to continue with the work out program as it helps me feel energized. I don’t feel as sluggish as I used to and I yawn a whole lot less. My cheeks are bright red rosy. These are the perks of exercising, healthy heart, healthy mind and endorphins, happy hormones.
